Call Records Data Analysis

This virtual event is designed for members of the IALEIA community to gain an understanding of the analytical questions that must be answered when analyzing a subject’s call records data.

Presented by our global training partners, Cloudbreak Analysis, we look at a range of techniques to answer those questions using three popular analytical tools: Excel, IBM i2 Analyst’s Notebook, and Chorus Analyze.

It will be streamed using Teams Live Events and an internet connection and browser is all that is required to attend.
