Randall “Randy” Stickley is the Lead Intelligence-Targeting Analyst for KACE Company. He is responsible for providing investigative and intelligence analysis subject matter expertise to federal law enforcement and national security clients regarding the trafficking of illicit firearms and narcotics. In his function, Randy identifies technology solutions and emerging trends to actively search, analyze, and prioritize the efforts of an analytic team at the National Targeting Center to identify high value targets for operational staff.
